For over 22 years, I've been creating thought-provoking communications that resonate with people.

I am a behavioural strategist and content creator who can uncover powerful insights, connect seemingly unrelated things, and create communications that spark genuine curiosity. My work positively affects decision-making and strong involvement and brings the desired business results in a significantly shorter time.
My expertise lies in communication, rooted in key insights from neuroscience and behavioural science. To teach these communication methods, I also conduct practical workshops called Human Skills, often in the framework of partnerships, which aim to improve the communication skills of internal teams and individuals.
During my career, I have had many opportunities to apply and deepen this knowledge, from marketing and advertising to brand storytelling, project management, leading international teams, sales, people development, mentoring business leaders and their teams, and solving complex challenges.

I enjoy meaningful challenges and challenge the status quo. "What if?" and "Why not?" are my favourite questions. I always strive for the best possible but practical solution. I don't create useless things.
I can ask questions that lead to brighter thinking, faster understanding, and creative and critical thinking. I help my clients discover and explore new possibilities or opportunities, which creates excellent conditions for better decisions.
I have worked with global NGOs, corporations, high-profile individuals, startups, and SMEs. I can quickly relate to anyone who genuinely desires to achieve great things.
As the Czech representative of LIONS (Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity), I contributed to developing creativity, courage and innovation among Czech communication professionals for six years. I co-organized and co-created the transformation of the Young Lions competition into a top-notch development program and was responsible for engaging world-class professionals in festival-related projects we've run in Prague.

I am authentic. I hate pretending and playing poker games in business. I have enthusiasm and healthy ambitions to make things better. I am a keen networker and can easily reach out to anyone and build solid and valuable relationships.

EXPERIENCE
My professional journey has been broad thanks to the diverse organizations and clients I have worked with. These include AutoBinck, Auto Palace, Cannes Lions (LIONS), Mastercard, Ogilvy, Petr Mára (Tech Influencer), TOMAS ARSOV, and Walmark.
I am a rebellious spirit. When someone says something is impossible or won't work, I take it as a challenge to quickly check if there isn't a feasible way. With this approach, I have turned the seemingly impossible wishes of many others into reality.
