A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will handle the contact information that you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These include your name, surname, email, phone number, your requests regarding our services, and any other information you fill in the inquiry or provide to us later.

We will contact you through these for further arrangements regarding our services.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract negotiation and performance.

​

If no further cooperation is established, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Service Provision

If you order/purchase services from us, we will work with the data you provide. These are mainly data for booking appointments and billing data: name, surname, email, phone number, address/headquarters, and service details.

Why?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract and provide you with the service. We will also communicate with you through contact details and be available for any wishes or queries.

We will further process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or special health regulations - you will be informed about this during your visit).

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract performance and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – fulfilling our obligations.

How long will we process personal data?

​

For the duration of providing our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision of such service, unless special health regulations specify a more extended period - in that case, these regulations will govern the processing period.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you subscribe to our newsletter or are our client and did not forbid it at the time of order, we will use your email address to send you our news.

On what legal basis?

In the case of newsletter subscription, the processing is based on your consent, according to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

If you are our client, consent is allowed under § 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services unless you have forbidden it at the time of the order. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

How long will we process personal data?

2 years from giving consent or from the last order and provision of service. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or contact us at hello@creamy.marketing.

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals who work for us will have access to the data because they help us manage our company. These include:

We are pleased you are interested in us. If you have sent us your resume, we will review it. In such a case, we process the personal data stated in the resume and the contact details you provided.

Such processing is allowed by the GDPR (contract negotiation). We will work with this data for the duration of the open selection process you respond to or for three months (if you do not respond to a specific job advertisement). If we disagree on further cooperation, we will continue to process your data only with your consent in case of future open positions.
